About Katie G Robinson Interiors

For Katie, a love of welcoming interiors began at home in New Roads, Louisiana. From a young age, she was surrounded by homes that felt collected, welcoming and personal. Her mother and grandmother shaped her eye early on, sharing an appreciation for beautiful old pieces, color, pattern and rooms made to be lived in and enjoyed.

That same spirit guides Katie’s design process today. She loves to help her clients make their homes feel layered over time, mixing pieces with history and character with the comforts of everyday life.

After making her home in Birmingham, Katie worked with interior designer Mark Kennamer, an experience that further shaped her approach to classic interiors, thoughtful details and sourcing just the right piece for a room. Her professional experience gives her a strong understanding of the many details that bring a project together, from sourcing and selection to creating rooms that feel considered and complete.

Her Louisiana roots are paired with a longtime love of French design. From curating special antiques for her clients abroad to her collection of Porcelain de Paris, Katie is drawn to the charm of French interiors and the way old and new can live beautifully together.
